To develope audio visual materials/multimedia presentation for weekly 
pre-departure briefing to the candidate before departure to Japan.

- Digital Video Camera RM6000.00
- High-end Multimedia PC : RM12000.00
- Multimedia equipment: RM8000
- Multimedia Softwares: RM4000
- Development : RM20,000
-Multimedia projector: RM13,000

4. Objective of the project:
JICA Alumni assists JICA Office in pre-departure briefing to the candidate 
before the leave to Japan weekly. The repetative job is time consuming. We 
would like to capture the briefing into audio-visual and will display to 
the candidates for the briefing. On top of that we also would like to show 
the living Japan, study environment, Do's and Don't,  Alumni's activities 
and lots more.

The objective is to make it weekly briefing more beneficial, easier, 
standard and less burden to JICA and the Alumni.

5. Expected Outcome/result:
The time saving by both JICA and the Alumni can be used for other 
activities such as date entry of the new membership, key-in ex-trainees 
records etc.

6. Others:

As an alternative, the Alumni no need to buy all the equipment except for 
notebook and multimedia projector.  The production can be outsource to 
universities such as Multimedia University or Kolej University Technology 
Kebangsaan Malaysia which have the expertise and equipments.
